At Wickless Moments LLC, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
hello@wicklessmoments.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for any items that arrive damaged.
